During the event, Eng. Ali Saleh Aqlan - General Manager of the company in the presence of Brother / Mansour Badr - Deputy General Manager, reviewed the overall challenges faced by the company, and the group in general, and also touched on the current situation in the country and the current market situation, as well as the company's priorities during the current year 2023He expressed his thanks to all employees for their dedicated efforts, adding that what has been achieved would not have been possible without the presence of a concerted team that enjoys efficiency and has the capabilities that enable it to perform well and harmonious at the best professional level, and is consistent with the controls and instructions and takes into account the interest of the company and the needs of its customers, pointing to the great importance that the company attaches to its employees as they are the most important and best assets that it is proud of, and its firm conviction that they are the pillar of all success and the basis of all growth and development achieved in various fields.
For his part, Brother / Najeeb Hamoud Shamsan - Director of Human Resources, gave a brief and brief explanation about the group's initiatives implemented by the company during 2023, in continuation of the efforts to take care of employees, and promote and consolidate the spirit of interdependence and cooperation between them, foremost of which are interdependence, balance, support and other programs.
