Last Wednesday, August 17, at Aden Mall Hall, Aden, the activities of the internal meetings of employees of a number of the Group's companies concluded with the Managing Director Mr. Nabil Hayel Saeed - and in the presence of Eng. Khalid Ahmed Hayel - Deputy Managing Director and Eng. Diaa Mohammed - Chief Human Resources Officer.

These expanded meetings come within the framework of embodying the values of effective communication in the work environment, which were held in Sana'a, Hodeidah, Taiz and Aden during the period from 13 to 17 August 2022 and with the active participation of about 2,000 workers from the group from various companies in the Yemen region.

During the meetings, the Managing Director stressed in his speech to the masses of workers that communication with the workers is an imperative necessity to put them in the picture of the reality of the group's activity and listen to them and work to create an ideal work environment that guarantees a decent life for everyone, and added: We are all on one ship and boat and we will spare no effort in order to create a decent life for the members of our group, praising the great efforts and honorable positions of the members of the group throughout the country during the previous period and what Yemen has lived and continues to suffer from the repercussions of the war and its repercussions On every Yemeni citizen and not only on the members of (HSA) Calling on everyone to be patient and steadfast to face those challenges and difficulties that many oil, industrial and service companies in Yemen have bowed to, while the group has remained firmly established thanks to God first and then thanks to its sons and employees in all work sites, He pointed to the important historical milestones that the group has made since its establishment, considering the process of development and modernization of the administrative and technical systems of the group a necessity imposed by the nature of the stage to be the group in the ranks of international companies, who does not progress is obsolete and that the time has come for a start commensurate with the size of the group's ambitions and its economic position at the level of Yemen and the region.

In turn, the CEO of Human Resources answered many of the employees' questions on a number of issues, and also gave a technical presentation on the programs, administrative and financial policies and applications implemented by Human Resources and still within the strategic transformation plan. For the Group in its first phase 2019-2021 as well as in the second phase 2022-2025, and to indicate the advantages and benefits of those procedures and systems, which led in their entirety to facilitate procedures, get rid of bureaucracy in the work of human resources, improve the work environment and promote the principle of self-learning for the Group's members to keep pace with the ongoing transformation in the field of information and communication technology.

During the meetings, the Managing Director listened to a number of male and female workers who talked about their employment and living conditions, foremost among which is the improvement of insurance benefits for medical insurance services, wages, job evaluation, job rotation and other work-related issues. The Managing Director promised to consider what was put forward during these meetings in accordance with what is possible and to guide those concerned with the need to develop urgent solutions to some of the complaints submitted, calling on everyone to take advantage of modern communication channels and use them optimally for the benefit of all.

It is worth mentioning that these meetings were attended by Uncle / Abdul Ghani Abdul Rab - Chairman of the Working Group in the Yemen Region and a number of sector supervisors, general managers of companies and their deputies, and the organization of the Executive Department of Administrative Affairs represented by the brother: Sadiq Al-Salwi, and human resources managers in companies.
